How do I order automotive clips and fasteners from Clipstok in Australia?
Order online at carclips.au. Browse by vehicle brand or clip type, add what you need to your cart, and check out — no account required, guest checkout is available. Orders are picked and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse, or from our Christchurch distribution centre if an item is out of stock in Melbourne.
Do I need a trade account to buy from Clipstok?

For repeat buyers, we run trade accounts through our Virtual Van program — a free trade account with 10% off all fasteners, monthly member deals, and a dedicated online ordering tool with order sheets built around your workshop.
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no minimum order. Buy a single clip or a full pack — whatever the job needs.
Can I buy individual clips, or only in packs?
Both. Clips are sold as individual pieces and in packs of 25, so you can grab one for a one-off repair or stock up on the fasteners you use every day.
Where does Clipstok ship from in Australia?
Most Australian orders ship from our Melbourne warehouse. If an item is temporarily out of stock in Melbourne, we may dispatch it from our Christchurch distribution centre so your order isn’t held up. Either way, we deliver to panel shops and smash repairers across the country.
How long does delivery take across Australia?
Delivery typically takes two to four business days within Victoria and three to six business days to other states, depending on your location.
What’s the cut-off for same-day dispatch?
Orders placed before midday Australian Eastern Time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after midday, or on weekends and public holidays, go out the next business day.
How much is freight?
Orders of $250 or more (excluding GST) ship freight-free. Orders under $250 ex GST incur a freight charge, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Do you deliver to all states and to rural addresses?
Yes. We deliver to every state and territory in Australia, including regional and rural addresses. Remote areas may take a little longer in transit, but there are no locations we can’t reach.
How do I identify which clip I need?
The quickest way is to type your vehicle model straight into the search bar at carclips.au — that often takes you right to the clips that fit. You can also browse by vehicle brand or clip type, then use the filters in the left-hand panel to narrow down by colour, application, hole size, head size and more until you land on the exact match.
Do you stock clips for my make of vehicle?
Clipstok stocks clips and fasteners for most makes on Australian roads, including Toyota, Ford, Holden, Mazda and Hyundai. Browse by vehicle brand at carclips.au, or type your model into the search bar, to see what fits your vehicle.
Are your clips OEM equivalent?
Yes — and we guarantee it. Every clip we sell is made to OEM spec and matched to the original part’s fitment and function, so it clips in and holds like the factory item. Most are manufactured from high-grade PA6 nylon and built to last — not to be compared with cheap imported clips.
What are your clips made from?
Most Clipstok clips are made from high-grade PA6 nylon, with metal used where the original part uses it. The material is matched to OEM spec so the clip holds the same way as the factory part under heat, vibration and load.
Do clips come individually or in packs of 25?
Both options are available on most clips — buy them individually or in packs of 25. Packs suit the fasteners you go through regularly, while singles cover one-off repairs.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?
Yes. Packs of 25 already work out cheaper per clip than buying singles, and if you’re buying larger volumes, contact us for quantity price breaks.
What if I order the wrong clip?
Get in touch and we’ll help you find the right one. Unused clips can be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund.
What’s your returns policy?
Unused clips can be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund. Contact us before starting a return and we’ll walk you through it. If the return is our fault — a wrong or faulty product — we cover the return freight.
What is the Clip Station System and how does it help a panel shop?
The Clip Station System is an organised storage unit with QR-coded drawers that keeps your most-used clips sorted and easy to find on the shop floor. Instead of digging through mixed boxes, every clip type has its own labelled drawer, and the QR code on each drawer takes you straight to that product to reorder online in seconds. It cuts the time lost sourcing parts mid-job and makes it easy to see what’s running low.
